It's taken me a few months after our last wedding to post this. David and I have made the decision to close our studio. After 25 years, hundreds of weddings, hundreds of families, hundreds of newborns it seemed like the time. David has some health issues and one of the big reasons I loved our studio for this long is because I got to photograph with David. He brought fun and laughs into every session. We remember all of our clients, if not by name or face, definitely by the time we spent with them. I often say to David, "remember the wedding we did where . . ." or "do you remember the family we photographed at . . ." We have so many wonderful memories from the past 25 years and we can honestly say we have enjoyed every single event/moment/person we have met along the way.
We thank you so much for letting us into your lives and trusting us with your memories. We have gotten to share your happy times and on a few occasions we have cried tears along with you during your sad times. It is our wonderful clients that have kept us so passionate about our craft that we could do what we have loved for 25 years. Although I still photograph for an amazing company 5 days a week, I will miss the weddings, the families and the new babies. But now it is time for all the up and coming beautiful souls who are so passionate about photography that they wish to make it their life's work to continue the journey.
I have also taken up drawing in my free time. If you ever wish to view my work, you can see it on instagram - Candice Seaton Pastel Art.
Thank you all for the memories!
