Stunning Country-themed Wedding of Paulina and Jasper in St. AlbertOn Saturday, David and I headed off to St. Albert to Paulina and Jasper's home to photograph Paulina getting ready. When we arrived, her hair was just being finished by the very talented and fast, Kelly from Antionette Artistry. Her makeup was then done by her very talented sister, Tori. Paulina's beautiful lace wedding dress was from David's Bridal and it looked amazing on her. Paulina's sister, Tori and David had kind of a sibling relationship throughout the day which was fantastic for me because Tori picked on David and I got to be entertained by it all day. Thank your that, Tori! LOL After we got the getting ready shots, we were off to St. Albert Grain Elevator Park where the ceremony and formals were being held. Jasper and his three groomsmen were there and looking very dashing in their blue jeans, white shirts, teal ties and cowboy boots. Jasper finished his look with his black cowboy hat. Paulina arrived with her Dad in her beautiful 1969 GMC truck. The truck colours matched the wedding colours perfectly. The truck backed right up to the aisle for them to walk down. The bridesmaids and bridal bouquet were arranged by Grower's Direct in St. Albert. Their ceremony was performed by marriage commissioner, Brian Napier who always does such a nice ceremony and then the communion and a few words from the Bible were given by long time friend of Jasper's, John Higdon. Let's also not forget one of the stars of the ceremony - Gasket, Paulina and Jasper's dash hound and ring bearer. After the ceremony and family photos, David, myself and talented videographer Ursula Kelly got some beautiful shots of the wedding party at the park before heading down the street a bit to another favourite spot of ours to grab a few shots and then on to the St. Albert Botanical Gardens to wrap up the formals. We then headed back to Paulina and Jasper's for their backyard reception which was catered by Freson Bros Catering. The meal was absolutely delicious. Speeches were performed and tears were shed which were then followed by the dances. The cake and donuts were also provided by Freson Bros. Catering and boy, did they look and taste delicious. We were able to get a shot of the cake cutting as well as the garter toss before David and I said our goodbyes to this amazing couple and their families who made us feel so welcomed throughout the day. Thank you so much, Paulina and Jasper for allowing us the honour of photographing your wedding day and making us feel a part of your family.
