On Sunday, David and I welcomed one of our favourite clients, Christina and Wayne to our home studio with their new addition, baby Elijah and his big brothers, Jacob, Noah, and big sister, Amina.  We have photographed Noah and Amina as newborns as well as their Jacob and Noah's First Communions.  Elijah was the absolute perfect model.  He slept through almost the entire session and we were able to move him into different poses and outfits with ease.  All his older siblings were so happy to be able to hold him for their photos and Christina and Wayne were absolute pros with the poses we asked of them.  

I cannot even begin to tell you how tough this Covid pandemic has been on the photography industry along with so many other industries.  I have heard from others how hard it is to be isolated from their loved ones and how their mental health is suffering. So, to finally be able to have a newborn in our studio was just what my soul needed.  All the precautions were taken for everyone's safety.  The area was thoroughly disinfected along with all the clothing and props before the session and I used hand sanitizer often throughout the session.  

Thank you so much Christina and Wayne for always trusting David and I with the special moments in your lives but especially during this pandemic.
