Last Sunday, David and I were off to the Muttart Conservatory to photograph Monica and Jason's engagement photos. This was our first time meeting Jason and it was great to get to know him along with Monica a bit better before their wedding in less than two week's time.
Monica and Jason were up for whatever we asked them to do even if it meant climbing the hill to the roof of conservatory on such a hot summer day. I was thrilled to see the flower bed with the two red hearts made out of flowers. So perfect for an engagement session backdrop.
We were disappointed that the Muttart and the city of Edmonton have implemented a new parking regulation requiring everyone to register their licence plate numbers if parking there. We were asked if we would be going into the pavilions and when we said no, we thought for a second we would be refused parking. Not so great when their grounds are one of our favourite places to photograph at.
Monica and Jason were great about that as well though. We are looking forward to their "gangster-style" wedding on July 28th! It should be fantastic! Thank you both for choosing us to capture this special time in your life!
