This past weekend, David and I were off to the beautiful Devonian Gardens to photograph Jazelle and Fred.  Jazelle and Fred are getting married in August in the Alpine Gardens!  It was a beautiful, hot summer day for this session.  Although David and I have photographed many weddings over the years at the gardens, this was our first time in the Alpine garden.  It is beautiful!  We walked all through the gardens with Jazelle and Fred.  Jazelle can tell you every name of any plant.  She is amazing!  Because of her love and career, I asked her what her favourite flower was.  One that she named was a peony, so we made sure to get a shot of her ring in the peonies.  However, a short time later, we spotted some mushrooms.  Both David and I were pondering over whether to do a shot with them and when David suggested it, Jazelle got excited.  Turns out she loves mushrooms and even her wedding decor (that she is making) has mushrooms!  How perfect!  This is a very talented couple.  Fred showed us a photo of the waterfall he built in their back yard.  It is as beautiful as the one in the Devonian's Japanese Gardens!
