On Sunday, David and I were off to Gold Bar park to meet Samara and Allen for their maternity session.  We have been honoured to have covered Allen's surprise engagement to Samara, their wedding, some business photos at Samara's work and now the maternity session for their first child.  We are so excited for them and cannot wait to meet their new arrival in November.

Samara had hoped for a maternity session with beautiful fall colours, but this year, unlike their wedding a couple years ago which was in November where we had no snow, snow came early.  It was chilly, but the fall colours were still there amidst the snow and David even managed to capture a shot down by the river where you can see snowflakes falling.

Samara and Allen brought along their dog, Spike, so he could get in on the photos as well.  Spike was so awesome!  He has a fantastic personality and posed great for the photos.

Thank you, Samara and Allen for braving the cold and allowing us the privilege of capturing your maternity shots for you!  We are looking forward to seeing you again in November!
