Fantastic Winter Country Engagement Photography with Kelley and PatrickOn Saturday, David and I enjoyed a beautiful drive out in the country as we headed towards Kelley's parent's farm for her and Patrick's engagement session. Kelley and Patrick live in British Columbia, so although we had met Kelley, we had yet to meet Patrick and their son, Jacob. Although the weather was a bit chilly and the wind nasty, we knew we were going to have a great time working with Kelley and Patrick. Kelley's parents farm is awesome - there were cows, horses, llamas and dogs plus an adorable toddler and a beautiful couple! And Kelley's parents were so welcoming! I could tell right away I was going to be in trouble with the bonding going on between David and Patrick - lol. Kelley had mentioned she wasn't sure if we would get smiles out of Patrick - but we managed. And Kelley has such a beautiful smile! These two are very photogenic! And then there is Jacob! Those eyes! He is so sweet and his smile is a killer as well! We got some great shots during the session even while we had sunk knee deep into some snow and my falling backwards into the snow after sinking seemed to provide entertainment as well. Kelley and Patrick's wedding will be in September at her parents' farm and we are so very excited because we know it is going to be so beautiful and working with Kelley and Patrick and their wedding party will be so fantastic! Thank you, Kelley and Patrick (and Jacob) for choosing us to photograph this special time in your lives! We cannot wait to work with you again on your wedding day!
